Southpointe College is a community of students joining what God is doing in Oklahoma City and seeking for God’s will to be done on earth as it is in heaven in greater ways.
We exist to empower students to become passionate disciples of Jesus and to grow in how to make more disciples in our church, city, and across the nations.
The program consists of life-giving community, intentional discipleship, and hands-on ministry training. Students will be prepared to become leaders for the next generation and graduate equipped and educated to be able to live a life dedicated to partnering with God and making an eternal impact in their unique calling.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A PART OF SC COLLEGE?
Hands on training : Students are equipped through tailored hands on ministry training in their desired area of ministry under SC staff.
Spiritual Development : Students are led into encountering God and growing in their relationship with Him through weekly gatherings, prayer rooms, and Bible studies.
Mentorship : Weekly small groups and check-in’s are led by Southpointe Church staff designed to intentionally disciple and guide students.
Life giving community : Students are surrounded by a life-giving community and a healthy staff culture that cultivate deep relationships and lay a strong foundation for faithful, long-term ministry.
Real World experience : Students will graduate with over 400 hours of documented ministry experience.
Character Formation : Students are empowered to be transformed by God’s Word and Holy Spirit to become joyfully obedient to Jesus and develop godly character and needed for long-term success in ministry and a missional life.
Programs we offer:
At Southpointe College, students in our Degree and Certificate programs are taught leadership and theology in community driven environments. Students develop an understanding of the Bible and how to practically apply biblical truths to their God-given purpose and calling in life. What makes Southpointe College different?
Certificate:
Students can pursue a 2 year hands-on ministry training program with Southpointe Church.
Degree:
Students can pursue a 2-year Associates Degree or 4-year Bachelors Degree through our partnership with Southeastern University as an extension site.
Cost:
Our activities, student development, and hands on ministry training all take place in the parameters of our church campus here at Southpointe Church. All costs within the Degree Program at Southpointe College are housed within our partner site with Southeastern University.
Certificate dues are $500 total per semester
